Please note that device compatibility may vary depending on the country. eSIM functionality is not supported on iPhones within mainland China. For example, iPhones XS, XS Max, and XR purchased in China, Macau, and Hong Kong do not support eSIM, as they are dual SIM phones with two physical SIM slots.

If you encounter any issues with eSIM installation on a device produced in Turkey, please follow the instructions provided in either Turkish or English to restore your device to factory settings.
